My coworker just came up to me and asked me about her suspension on her 02 hatchback.. (i forgot to tell the story of my coworker, no she will not be on the site, but instead go through me.. ask me sometime about the story behind her.. its somewhat funny) she says that in the past few days she has begun to notice every bump in the road, with the stock suspension. Nothing has been changed out, the car is currently at 62k miles, with the 60k mile checkup performed. So basically she feels that the suspension is becoming stiffer.. somehow.. i know 62k miles is unknown territory for most of us here, but any ideas why its stiffer now or atleast feeling stiffer? thanks for her in advance and me too
the car finally hit puberty :ddirty: not totally sure what her problem is... will need a ride along... if she's getting HARD impacts, the shocks might be blown
how bout check the tire pressure? Many shops will fill em up if they rotate. Or if she got new tires, they jacked the pressure up to 45 to set the bead and never brought it back down. If shes young, single and good looking then I could help teach her how to check tire pressures
If not tire pressure, ask if she's gained weight. The additional pressure on her butt could be misleading her.
Haha :naughty: She could have blown a shock or something, I'd ask you to ask her but I guess judging by this conversation she wont know what were talking about.
