Awesome man. I had to use sealant to seal my headlight housing, water was getting in after the baking.

i'm hoping that water won't get in. I'm gonna wash my car soon, so hope that it won't leak. Wat kind of sealant did you use???

Clear rubber sealant. You can find it in any auto shop. Water is not getting in but the edges around the housing shows the sealant and it doesn't look good.

Very nice, do you have a picture of the housings in the day light w/o them on? I'm curious to see what they look like.

they look pretty ghetto~ I'll snap couple more tomorrow or monday whenever i get a chance.

I don't see any condensation in the morning which indicates that the seal might be good. Hope that it'll endure tho.

    thanx, mike.

Let me break down my HID system

TSX Projectors (they are super wide & pretty small -> Easier to work with)
Ballasts from STi which is made by ichikoh
    Phillips D2S bulb or 85122

I spent about 600 includes all the hardwares too plus TWO nights of sleeps which is priceless

I got HIDs for my legacy too. Philips 4300K, they are white and bright as hell. :)

are you using stock projectors?? You can get better cutoff and less glare to others with OEM HID projectors.
