What it says in the bottom corner of my browser. 99% of the time, it is part of the website I am trying to go to. For example, when I try to get here, it says Waiting on wrxatlanta.com, transferring data from wrxatlanta.com. When I open this thread, I see OP's Discuss, and nothing else, bottom corner just says transferring data from google-analytic.com
