Momo shift knob and 100+ degree heat make for a very interesting drive. :eek3: Ouch. Shift fast...faster...no, not a downshift...
I'd recommend putting a baseball cap or something over the shift knob. I have the Momo one too and you certainly learn to shift quickly in this heat....
I keep a koozie in my car, and every time I get out of the car I put it on my shift knob (metal prodrive one). Most of the time, I end up driving with the koozie still on, b/c it just gets way to hot to touch.
