Do you guys think a Cobb Stage 2 STI can take a 89 Supra Turbo w/400hp? Or will the STI eat it off the line and from a roll?
well, how much wtq are you pusing, and how much wtq is he pushing? tq is what matters a good example of this actually took place last weekend in athens, i had a cat-n-mouse on loop 10 with an old '86 5.0... he kept up with me quite well. he was bone stock(we talked afterwards). i found out that while i had considerably more hp, we were about even in tq. "hp sells cars, tq wins races" -by: don't remember
well... torque will push u back in ur seat and get u off the line good... hp will potentially allow u to hit higher top speeds (gear ratios have a lot to do with this also)... off the line, the sti has awd so it definitely has the advantage... but above 80mph that might be a different story
