i get my RS back tomorrow.

hopefully they fixed it right this time. i`ll keep everyone updated. if they didn`t this time i`m taking it to a different dealer.

if everything is good it`s going off to topspeed for cams and everything.

I'm hoping to get mine working soon since the harnesses came in on Tuesday.

 

they fixed it right this time it, they replaced the transmission mounts and everything shifts normal again. everything looks good. im glad to finally have it back even though it will never be the same. i won`t be able to dyno the 11th my cams won`t be here until another 3 weeks. then topspeed has a lot of work to do on my car before installing and tuning the s-afc2.

in addition to the cams i already have a cobb cold-air intake and spt axleback.

going in with the cams is a cobb equal-length header and spt midpipe so i will be running no cats or resonators. act clutch and 12lb flywheel, perrin lightweight crank pulley, sti motor and tranny mounts, s-afc2 and dynotune. some other things also. ive decided not to do any headwork. it should make good power though and rev up like crazy.

i`m installing the cobb stage 2 spicy cams.

Just curios what the 2.5 rs sounds like with an exhaust. Does it sound like the wrx or more like a volkswagon.

 

sounds like a wrx just a little deeper. but the muffler i have isnt really loud.
