hmmm not too sure.....I'm assuming something gasoline based would work...but it will potentially damage the clear coat as well so I'd be careful and defintiely re-wax the area...I've also heard that ice is good with gum too....
Try some Goo Gone, but don't let it sit on you paint for too long or it will damage the clear coat. Sucks man, sorry.
+1 for Goo Gone...don't let it sit on too long, like everyone is saying. And apply some wax after...good luck. Sucks man...no respect for other people's property. Need to get one of these installed (may be WTLW)... http://www.cnn.com/WORLD/africa/9812/11/flame.thrower.car/ (video link in upper right column)
haha, didn't that happen in the simpsons when lisa got it in her hair and marge tried everything from peanut butter to mangnaise and it just turned out to be a big blob of sticky goo? anyways, sorry to hear that man, people like that have no common decency what so ever. It's probably some young high school punk who thinks he's cool by sticking gum in places like under the school desk. Yes, gum sticking is soooo cool man, freaking d-bag!
peanut butter melts the gum. try chewing gum with a spoon full of peanut butter the gum mysteriously dissapears. :O peanut oil is what id use... its easy to get off.
Wd40 works, got some on my car few years ago, I was able to get it off no problems, it strips your wax off but as long as you use a rag to apply it you won't have any clear coat issues.let us know the out come and what took it off for you. good luck.
I am honestly going to give up on trying to post from my blackberry, you get all kinds of confused on when the post are done. My bad dude, I cant view the forum at work cause they have it blocked, but I get bored as hell towards the end of the day.
