I just recently replaced my stock brembo pads with only 12,000 miles on them to try and cut down on squeeling and noise. well i installed the carbotech bobcats and they were awesome for like the first 200 miles then they started squeeling and the worst part when i hit the brakes every now and then they make a clunk noise... It is so annoying. Any suggestions would be appreciated thanks

Did you put the squeeler reducers back on after the install? Looks like a thin piece of sheet metal that clamps on to the pads, and also your supposed to put lub on that metal too.

The 04 is notorious for clunking pads, they all suffer from it.

pad clunk is pretty easy to reduce; won't elminate it though. Using the spacers / shims and putting grease on the pistons will take care of most of your clunk.

If the bobcats are squelling after 200 miles something needs to be adjusted either the pad bed or your driving. It's most likely the pad bed, unless you drive really really grandpa 'ish, which you likely don't since you upgraded pads...
