hmmm, someone said on SD 'Just a heads up, those of you that have problems with your orders, you're going to have to wait until Monday (or maybe Tuesday) as there is no staff around on the weekend that I am aware of.'

i think they 'expired' it because of how many folks are having problems with orders not matching...
