I wonder if this is a good price?

18g combo



I was going to just get a vf34 upgrade but this is only like 200$ more 350 if I want it ported. What do you think? I also don't think a vf34 with satisfy my cravings for power torque and speed.

Have you looked at VF39 STI takeoffs? They go for less than $500 and are decent as a larger turbo.

 

Hmmm seems really complete. I guess the question for me would be which is the cleanest install?

 

I bought fp18g for 820, "deatschwerks" 800cc modded stock injectors for $230, and walbro fuel pump for $100. My total came out to be $1150 for total set up. I think $1499 is little too steep IMO. my 18g set up is even cheaper than most vf34 combo price!

 

How do you like the fp18g, is the performance concurrent with the advertisement?

 

fp18g arrived today @ topspeed. Installation & tuning will be done by topspeed as well on 2/21 tuesday. Hopefully, i can break 300whp without suffering too much from lag
