Buying some 3 ply IC to Throttle body hose in blue silicon as well as t-clamps. Hose is $25 for a 12" section and the t clamps are $4 a piece. Just wanted to see if anyone else wanted any while I am ordering...Order goes in tonight. I won't be using but half of the 3" blue hose I am ordering. If someone wants to go in on the other half, feel free.

AutoZone has exactly what you are looking for, for <$10 clamps and hose

For 3 ply silicon 3" hose?

Edit: I have searched their whole site as best I can and only find silicon vacuum hose...not 3" diameter blue silicon hose....is this only in stores? I am open to waiting until tomorrow morning to place the order...I can call autozone, see if they have it, if not place my order. I just need to get a section ASAP. I need to move my ebay TMIC slightly and it is on the very edge of the samco hose right now. Any more movement and it will be off as the hose is not quite long enough.

Goixiz ya there bud? Is this what you were thinking of? The 3" silicon 3-4 ply hose? I am all about saving time and money if they have it or if anyone knows of some local. Here is what I am looking at:

Called and verified today. Autozone does carry a coupling for intakes but it is probably not any longer than what I have now. It is a small 3" long deal. Thanks for the suggeston though GoIxiz.

  5. I've heard that the autozone ones swell and sometimes pop. cheaply made?

I read it in the nasoic thread about ebay intercoolers. They said to just buy the quality ones online and save yourself the headache of a popped hose on the road.

I finally found a local place that got me one...it was slightly bigger, but 4 ply and able to be clamped plenty tight. I just had to trim it to size. I basically cut it in half then trimmed a bit more. It fits fine now. Still have not found t-bolt clamps anywhere local though...gonna ty to get some before I have to take my IC off again.
