You do understand the difference between snow and ice, right? Fun times are to be had in the snow, believe me, I know. I had my first WRX when I still lived in PA, and got to drive around like a Rally Driver one winter, which was completely awesome. With that said, AWD does absolutely nothing for Ice. Be careful out there. Like I said last year, everybody thinks they are invincible because they have AWD. 1) Most of us have Summer Tires, not meant for Snow, and definitely not meant for ice, or we have All Seasons, OK in snow, but not great, and again, not meant for ice. 2) AWD does nothing to help with braking 3) Unless you have studded tires, your car is only slightly better than any 2 wheel drive when the roads are icy

No rain/frozen rain as of 4:03 am... I'll give an update after another couple 7 and 7's!!!! Edit: it is cold as balls though...
No ice just inside ITP/85, so far. But the temp has been dropping since getting up this morning. They upped the "Winter Advisory" blah blah blah until 2pm. Joyful. STi is safely tucked into a parking spot at work.
i was hoping classes would be canceled but there was no ice or anything lol. i ended up sleeping past my first class anyways tho -_-. woke up at 12 and missed Calc II lol.

well...looks like this storm "should" bring some ice this time. BE CAREFUL WRX-ATL!..and tell your family/friends to slow it down, and watch that ice. i have to drive to Montgomery, AL tomorrow so I know I'll slow it down some.

woot! lol yea i have a calc2 test tomorrow at 10am. and i didnt go to class on tuesday when we reviewed. so i MIGHT be screwed. but it should be pretty easy, just reviewing calc 1 stuff like integrals.
This should be tight....i've only gone out in my dad's LGT in that random snow we had last feb. Finally a real winter (ya know...for GA)
