i think it looks pimp... the quality of the CF is awesome and fitment was perfect... im very happy with the product
Milo that is hot. I've been wanting an sti sive scoop gor my car but that is the sirst on I've seen on a bugeye. Now u have to go all out with the CF. How easy was the install
real simple... the scoop came with the mesh installed... only problem was that it was silver... so mike and i masked the scoop and spray painted the mesh black... then waited for it to dry install was cake... a few screws to remove the air splitter and then a few more to remove the stock scoop... the fit was perfect so the install was easy... probably took like 10 min or so
that looks so sweet! i would like to go cf sometime down the road but i have a blue wagon. but the cf looks awesome on the black knights!! -drums
thanks guys.... i had to use the stock air splitter... so even though the scoop is ginormous, i wonder whether the intercooler is getting more air...
jason: since the scoop came with the mesh, i didn't need to use any of urs... thanks for the offer to use it :bigthumb:
Or as Car and Driver put it you'll come back and a small family of squirrels will be living under it. J/K looks good.
It is enormous. When I first saw the pics, it looked a little weird to me seeing the 04, 05 scoop on a bugeye. Once I saw it in person, it looks much better than I originally thought. And luckly it came with a screen so Milo doesn't have to worry about swallowing small children.
well... i was concerned with the process of passing them ... don't want to have to pull LED windshield washer nozzels and altezza style tail lights out of the scoop grill
milo, you need some of these babies teh uber sek-say . i know they will be the first thing to go on mine once i have her:bigthumb:
they look a lot like the morettes to me... definitely are sweet.... but i think i like the eyelids better... maybe i could find some CF eyelids
no, they dont come with the ballasts and bulbs and such but they are HID ready, all you need is the ballasts and bulbs and a little wiring and you are golden. go here and look at the second item down on the products page and there is a nice set of bi-xenon's from a A6, i hope they fit, the projector in the housing looks a lot smaller than 3 inches. oh and eventually i will cut the turn signal and black plastic piece out and make a nice brake cooling duct:bigthumb: milo, you wanted CF so i give you CF LOOK now it might be hard to understand and its only 250,000 yen, thats like 2,300 american . i guess ill stick with my oricari's for 800
