I met a guy with an 85 Monte Carlo who has a brother on here with an STi from Atlanta. My name is Elliott and I am stationed at Eglin AFB, Fl. I am pretty active on nasioc, but I like it here too. I am the average gotta have that part now kind of guy. I change my setup like girls change shoes. I also started the Flat 4 of Florida Right now I am rocking a Vf23, TBE, Perrin FMIC, ECUTEC etc, just for now. I just got rid of my Perrin 35R kit for the UR kit.
i think ur the first person i have known to drop the 35r welcome to WRXatlanta... oh and i think the guy ur talkin about is rolling_trip
I feel sorry for you having to stay in Florida and eat with dogs.. btw do you know a dude named Erick D, he's in the Tallahassee area... also welcome!
Welcome to the boards!! I was gonna PM you on nabisco and see why you were changing kits. Maybe you can post your experiences with it and why you're changing out??
I also started the Flat 4 of Florida. I changed from the Perrin kit for tuning reasons. My tuner is in Jacksonville, my wife is on strict bedrest due to her high risk pregnancy. We have no one else to help out around the house and with my son so I can't leave town. I am going to get the UR kit anyway after my block is finished in Jacksonville, all out with darton sleeves, rods, & pistons. I live across the street from your brother rollin_trip.
Yeah, he told me there was an sti across the street. Guess he finally walked over. He has a little experience helping me with my car, and LOVES to turn a wrench if you have not noticed. I want to head down there oneday, i will have to look you up if i do.
No doubt. We go to the little 1/8th mile track a lot and the Florida Flat 4 meetings are the first saturday of the month! -Elliott
Well if anyone is interested I am sellling my STi, I decided not to take it to Germany. It is on autotrader under zip 32542.
