Ipod Repair?

    Anyone ever have an Ipod repaired? Mine is well out of warranty, but I want to get it fixed. The other day, I went to turn it on and got the White Screen of Death. I can force it into Disk Mode, but the screen quickly fades back to white. Thinking of taking it to the Apple Store at Mall of Georgia, but I wonder what the repair costs are like and if its worth it...:eek:hnoes:

    Beth took hers back and it was out of warranty....they repaired it for free anyway.

    I've heard that you can wrap it in a towel, and drop it on the corner and it'll fix it....
