I have the S. Techs. They ride well on the roads. I do wish I had something stiffer. But for the most part they do a good job.

i hear they aren't very good quality as far a springs go. just what i hear from those who have owned them.

i run whiteline flatout's. they're awesome, with about 50,000miles on them and the stock shocks.

I have the tein S tech. They ride good but handle like crap. I am going to get the megan racing coilovers.

I've basically just heard that they are all for appearance. Performance wise, they're not very good.

the ts-techs are made purely for aesthetics. they aren't firm enough and too low for stock struts. that being said, they do look good and i have had them on my wagon for a few years now.

if i had to do it over again, i probably would have went with something else.

if you like doing mountain runs then get something else. end of story. save your money for some megan coilovers or something stiffer.

here is a pic of my car on the whitelines. i love them. if i had the money, i'd have the megans. or if money was no issue something nicer.

i love my prodrives...going to an s-tech would be a mistake. Look into coilovers

I had bought a set of s-teins like two years ago or something. They were so soft that i could easily compress them with my hands. Needless to say i didn't install them on my car, i sold them fast.

they have an awesome drop, they ride very cofortable but since they are so soft I would say that they are certainly not a performance spring.

  21. Chiming in late here, but when I was shopping for springs I did a lot of research (I was looking for cheap and good handling for the money) and ended up with the H-techs. Apparently the H stands for handling and the S stands for show. (someone correct me if thats a load of crap, its just what I heard). But the facts are that the S springs are really low and soft, and the H Springs are kind of low but firm. I LOVE the H-techs.

I have a wagon, if it matters. I can go take pics if you want to see the height.

The rear looks good, But the front is just not as low as would like it.
But I do like the car looks good.
