I just wanted to say that its good to see some subarus in Georgia finally making some power. I'm glad some people have stepped up.

    Jason is over 500

    Dan is over 500(was)

    Big boosting is over 500

    Javid is over 500

    I'm (secret squirell)

    Am I missing anyone.

There are alot of guys pulling fast times at the strip now. Coolrex with his 11.79 at 122mph, thats moving.

Anyways I'm just glad to see it, it just seem like it all hit in the las month or so.

True, true. WRX ATL is starting to represent!

    Doesn't Brian have high 400s now with a GT30?

    pEd This ain't no Piccadilly!

here, here.... I'll second that one.

I agree, it's nice to see big numbers here in GA.
I'm sure Brian does/would have over 500 (might have to go front mount though??)

There are a good bit more if you include ther 400whp-500whp bracket. Genya, Brian, and countless other big turbo STis are included in there.

You all need to start posting some time slips up on http://www.scoobymile.com/ to represent GA. We've got as many fast Subarus as the west coast but they're alot more public about it on Nasioc.

I suppose I could do the 1/4 mile thing once. I would want to go with a group though. And preferably someone who know's what to do.

Yeah I'm over 400whp @ ~22psi. Supposedly I would just need a bigger meth nozzle and more boost to get over 500whp. And an ice-bag for the TMIC...

I am going to shoot for 500 WHP Monday. Hopefully Scott will be able to work his magic. Only thing that might hold me up will be my catted DP.

FP Red.... tell me you have an EWG. Even uncatted that thing will boost creep like crazy.

Nope, IWG. I am catted. Not even a hint of creep on mine. If anything, Scott said my IWG may flow to well.

    WOW.
    Any pics of the IWG?

I don't quite follow that; it would creep easier with out a cat. Also, it shouldn't creap at all on high boost... the gate is staying closed. On a red, 500whp is going to need 90% duty cycle.

    JDM:
I have no idea how you would make 500 whp with an IWG red; let alone one with a cat.... but I commend you for running a cat on your car.

LuSTI on IWSTI made 487whp/485wtq at 28 lbs of boost tapering to 25 at redline. We have identical mods and we oth have '05 STI's. I've made 31 lbs of boost tapering to 28.5 at redline. I'm just guessing that will get me there. I might not make it, but we are going to try.:sx:

It's just the IWG w/15lb spring that come on the Red's. It does have massive preload though.:naughty:

I'm not a "red" expert, but I thought it would be similar to other IWG big turbos. Keeping the gate closed sounds fun though.

It's all about WG control, and the Dtec does a good job controlling it.;)

Good luck with that. For some reason my 11.9 never got posted and I am gonna try the 11.7 pass but I am wondering if whomever is handling that site is even doing it. Am I doing something wrong?
