i tried to order a v2 front lip and jdm bumper cover from them. when the parts finally got here from japan, it turned out that the lip was pulled off before it even left japan (the guy that runs the site lives in the US) the guy that runs the site sent me an email and explained it all to me and checked to see if i wanted a refund. he had no problems refunding my money. he kept me up to date on everything throughout the whole process, even if my order didn't get completed. if i see something else there that i want, i would not hesitate to do business with them.
I've purchased from them before, but not since ownership changed hands...... doesn't seem as though anything has changed though....... very easy to deal with, and they (usually) have great prices....... I want that Spec C RA adjustable strut setup! Only $1275......
