I just got off the phone with Steve Napier at SoG Service Dept, and he said that he is ordering the parts regarding the input shaft for the transmission. He said it was probably a defective part that was causing the issue. Thanks SoG!!!!. I should have my wagon back by next Wednesday or Thursday. I am relieved now...It was definitely covered by warranty.
