Heck yeah, just got my kartboy exhaust hangers. They've been dyno proven to add 26 hp to the wheels!!!

just kidding, but hopefully theyll stop the exhaust from bouncing around with a minimal increase in vibration.

I put them on (KB hangers) with my new B&B exhaust a week ago, and I thought that something was wrong with the resonator pipe b/c it was soooooooooo loud inside the cabin... I changed back to the oem hangers... problem solved. Just a FYI if sounds a little TOO loud. :)

I will them on the stock sti exhaust and see what happens. I can't believe how much they ruined the exhaust sound in your car with the excessive droning. The exhaust does move a lot more now though.

yeah i got the shifter bushings as well and they do improve shift feel!

the hangers are really nice! i put all four on and im gonna drive for a while and see how vibration is, didnt seem too bad driving home yesterday. If its annoying i may run a combination of stock and kartboys so its not too stiff. after i installed them you can kick the exhaust tip and the exhaust barely moves, its pretty crazy!!

do the stiffer exhaust hangers help with sway bar/endlink knocking noise?

Mine havent ever knocked, i have a hard time keeping them from squeaking tho. Maybe something came loose like the mounts. if you have access to a drive on lift you can get underneath it and see if anything is misaligned when the suspension is loaded.

Ive driven around a bunch with the new hangers and i love them, there is a very very small increase in cabin vibrations which is very surprising to me as the new hangers are like 10 times stiffer. Best of all the exhaust does not move, period.

Does anyone else have these or similar hangers?? I think im gonna try running stock hangers on the to hangers closest to the front of the car and then the kartboys on the rear two at the muffler itself. The shaking gets kinda excessive around 75 or 80.

I got a set of kartboy extra long hangers when I bought my catback, but I just put the stock ones back on b/c it was getting dark out. ended up melting the bumper a little but I dont really care :)

Yeah, these ones are stock size but made of polyurethane. i really like them and i like how amazingly they keep the exhaust in place. But they vibrate a bunch on the interstate. Im hoping i can get the best of both worlds by combining stock and kartboy hangers.
