If anyone likes VW’s or gets bored Saturday SouthernVolks is having a show at Dave & Busters in Gwinnett. It looks like the weather may be bad though and I am not sure of their bad weather plans. I’ll probably show up around 11:30 or so to look for air cooled ones and old Rabbits and hopefully a bus.. Normally there are a few vendors and race team showing off their wares. Just an fyi.. If you are in the area stop by. -t

I just called my buddy that is helping to organize. He said turnout is light at the moment (20 or so cars) but things were picking up. I figure I'll head down later after the storm blows over.
Considering the weather I think SouthernVolks had a great turn out. When I left there were maybe 75(?) cars registered to show and many more in the parking lot. I haven’t found out the number yet from Felix. I got my flat four fix (air-cooled), Rabbit fix and as a bonus there were many nice Audi’s and even a Seat Leon. Sadly no Bus as of when I left. I wonder how long before we can have a Subaru meet and get so many together with dealers and vendors on display? Most of us beat the hell out of 'em enjoying them and I'm not sure trophy’s are given out for that. Scuby Drew it was nice to meet you and put a face with a name. Glad you stopped by. I was needing a Subaru fix after all the kraut! and yes I wore my Subaru WRC neck thingie and was asked about it a couple times. I told them I was a spy.
I was going to go with a friend of mine who has a GTI VR6, but he got rearended a few weeks ago and had almost $4k worth of damage....so for now he is driving a kia. Im sure it would have been fun though.
there were some pretty nice v dubs there and a few nice audi's. nice meetin you bluebox, the wagon is hottness
