Tinted (20%) windows. Headlights cleared (PITA, had to remove bumper). Headlight, taillight, and foglight covers (Royal PITA).
Quite a bit. "Not recommended for nighttime driving" is the disclaimer. I imagine they will be fine around the city. Time will tell and I can always remove.
So what color to paint the calipers? I'm leaning black to match the theme. However, sometime in the future, I may get dark rims...
Are those snap on covers? My gf's old stang had headlight covers and even with the high beams on it was dimmer than low beams without the covers.
They are the kit from hotsubaru http://www.hotsubarus.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=337. I'm gonna take night pics of front and rear once they have fully cured. Takes a few days like tint to get rid of haziness.
nice look man, I just ordered the laminex smoked kit for my headlights and fog lights about a week ago
Ooooh, that tint's not legal. Shame, shame. jk, really looks good. Can't believe how much tint changes the look of a car. I think the calipers would look good in black or silver. Either one would tie in together rather nice.
Hey Radon I saw your car yesterday at Jax on Roswell Rd and it looks sweet. I would have stopped and said hey but i wasnt driving. Very sweet looking dude
I removed the front headlight covers. It was just too much reduction for my taste. However, the rears are still teh seksi. So GT, was yours really the last GT in the SE? I know my Silver GT w/o spoiler was one of the very few available in the SE.
heh you know what popped in my head seeing that? you can put an audi badge on that, and it might be half believable...from the backend at least.
