for instance, i really wanted to say something useful here, then i had to go take a piss, and now i forgot what i was gonna say. hrm...i almost got into the ajc did you here about emory's department of war thing? its the made up rivalry w/ washU, each campus claims the other vandalized their campus, was kinda stupid....considering our woodruff statue is vandalized once a week anyhow.... but actually turned out well, the point was to give a d3 school w/o a football team, some spirit, so on our homecoming game w/ washU which we usually lose, we packed the stadium and actually won 4-1 (our homecoming sport is soccer) and because of this, fox news further sees the ridiculously liberal institution of emory as an even nerdier school (see first link at bottom) anyhoo, when war was declared, the prez of our sga came dressed up in camo, had a che-like beard and hair, toting a commie flask, w/ a possie of 12 similarly dressed minions...i was to photo this for the emory wheel, (emory newspaper). ajc interviewed prez later....and were to use my photos, since he had since had a haircut and shaved...and am told bathed as well....losing the psycho sketchy brown guy effect....but they just took another shot which obscured his face.... so fuck you ajc, im just gonna keep on stealing your newspapers. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,170183,00.html http://www.ajc.com/metro/content/metro/dekalb/1005/15emorywar.html http://www.studlife.com/media/paper...shtml?norewrite&sourcedomain=www.studlife.com http://www.insidehighered.com/news/2005/09/21/emory
yeah, the "war" at emory is non-existant. i know that i don't care and I grew up in st. louis and have friends at washU who think the whole thing makes us look stupid. lame attempt(at least he tried) at creating school spirit here :slap: . not gonna happen. yo fez, see you round emory man. you goin on the mountain run on the 5th?
