Loading Map

    I need to reload a map to my ride from a Cobb AP1. My question is do I need the car on or cranked while I wait for the map to load?

    When I purchased my car it already had the stage 1 map loaded and I need to know how to use it because I should be stage 2 soon. I also have a version 1 but I am missing the null modem cable. I don't have a serial port on any of my computers so I think I will have to get a USB adapter to use it.

    Marietta, I know it doesnt take a long time but not sure if the car needs to be cranked while doing it or not?

    It needs to be in the on position with the connectors plugged in. Give me a call if you have any questions.
