looking for cheap boost gauge

    I am tring to find a boost gauge for my 04 wrx, have realy big morgage etc. etc. wrx budget getting smaller.

    any advice

    Autometer at Pep Boys or Advance Auto will do you well im sure

    Where is the best place to mount the gauge

    some guys do it in the side vent, but most people get a pillar pod.

    For just one gauge, I would just mount it on the steering column or air vent.

    I've got an Autometer mechanical. It gets the job done and was pretty cheap (I think like $40 but I also bought EGT and tranny temp so they cut me a deal).

    Steering column mount would be good if you want just one gauge.

    I believe Perrin makes a nifty steering column pod that fits 2 2 1/16" guages if you want another gauge.
