ok, you have to count reefer as smoking too. You know who you are....

This is a BS day. It is all about the Great American Smokeout in November.

But reefer is proven to not cause Cancer, and I don't think the second hand smoke properties are harmful to anyone.

Wow no-tobacco day. If it wasn't for this forum I wouldn't have known.

What helped me quit was seeing all those chain smokers in their 50's with the their nasty cough's and sallow yellow skin, and I kept thinking "that could be me."

I really enjoyed filterless clove cigarettes, and sometimes I miss smoking them or the occasional cigar, but I don't miss cigarettes.

For me there was nothing enjoyable about smoking cigarettes oher than the fix, something to do with my hands, and having an excuse to take a break and socialize.

I'm curious Are there any really good tasting or aeromatic cigarrettes out there?

do we need any more reasons? :D
so u went from a bad habbit to a bad and disgusting habbit?

how safe is dip compared to cigarettes? in india there is/was a product called gutka that was a form of chewing tobacco with a lot of other ingredients... that stuff is sooo much worse than smoking and is supposed to cause mouth cancer within only 3-5 years or regular use

wow..3-5 years..company stock probably isnt doing to well considering their customers die so fast. chewing is still bad..mouth, jaw, throat cancer. but i guess you can live without your jaw

haha, well i knew it wouldn't turn into a habbit. and yes it is disgusting, one of the reasons why i wouldn't get hooked. just bought one can and lasted 2.5 weeks. now i'm off completely, no ciggies and no dip. but the dipping did help with the cravings and to get me out of everything that is associated with the daily smoking habbit.

...there was another thing that really helped me too :420:
