    Ingredients:
    Marble rye bread
    Sliced corned beef
    Swiss cheese
    Sauerkraut
    Thousand island dressing
    Butter

    Directions:
In a skillet, heat sauerkraut while stirring until most of the sogginess is gone. Then stack as follows: slice of bread, thousand island dressing, slice of swiss cheese, pile (2-3 big slices piled up) of corned beef, pile of sauerkraut, slice of swiss cheese, thousand island dressing, slice of bread. Butter the OUTSIDE of this delicious mountain of goodness, and put in a heated skillet. Now here's the trick: put a pot with some water in it, a heavy-ish skillet, or similar weight on top of the reubens as they cook. This will compress them a bit and let the stuff melt together nicely. When browned on the bottom, flip over and repeat. Serve.
