This morning I bought and installed STI motor mounts, STI pitch mount, and a Kartboy rear shifter anchor mount!! The car feels amazing now!! Everything is so solid and there is not too much of an increase in vibration!! When you crank the car now, the engine barely moves compared to how it used to really rock back and forth!

Total, it was a little over 200 bucks. Prolly cheaper if you order them from somewhere but at SOG you dont have to wait for it to be shipped.

The install took about an hour and a half to install all three. But again, that is on a lift, im sure it would take longer on jack stands.

It looks like your car is doing a good job of keeping you happy...
Or is it the other way, with you keeping your car happy??

I'm waiting until I get a little better at driving to do the mounts. Most people that blow up their trannies do so on upgraded mounts since less stuff flexes, more power is sent through the tranny.

Man, today i heard a loud metallic thunk when i was going over a speed bump! I hope it wasnt motor mount related! But i am lowered and i have an antilift kit (so my subframe is spaced a little lower than normal). I think/hope it was just my subframe bottoming out! Ill look underneath soon and double check everything!
