my gauge setup

hey guy, I finially got some pics of my custom gauge setup I did a few weeks ago, check it out.





This is where I relocated my hazard button and made a little "STi" mod to it.

how's the AC now? i bet its cold from the sides.

the ac still comes out from the center, I used really fine mesh around the gauges, so it looks like it's solid. I just can't change the direction of how the air comes out.

are those Defi's or Mad Dad's ? They seem to match factory gauges perfectly

 

they are Defi's, and yes, they match perfectly b/c they are the ones who made the actual instrument panel.

 

i cant remember if my center lights up red?..lol and to lazy to get out right now..does stock light up red? or green..cant remember

 

stock is green, i did the color change mod on it.

how do u change the color to that red?

 

just buy some 0.25" red bulb covers from partsexpress.com for the radio. But for the HVAC, you need to put in new red LEDs, it's a little trickey as there's almost no room under the knobs. You need to do a little drilling with a dremel.

 

i have a crapload of these light condoms if anybody wants some.

 

I'll try to take more when the new battery comes in for my camera.
