So last night on my joy ride I thought it would be intresting to see all the strange things going on on the roads of east cobb. I saw a guy trying sooo hard to open the door to a closed gas station, and a couple of people just sitting at the CCT bus stop.

I think to top it off though was as I was pulling out onto canton road, just as my front end is in the first lane, My radar detector lite up with Ka band....no siren...no blue or red lights...AND NO HEAD LIGHTS...a cop car was FLYING past and I just missed him. :squint: Now I decided to turn behind him...got to 90 and he was still pulling away. Now I thought when an officer was in pursuit they were to at least have the blues flashing?!?!? Anyone???

So as the title states thank you escort 8500 for the warning...If I did not have her I would have lost the front end of Elanor to a Cobb County Police Car!!!!!:fawk:

This is one of those things that makes me wonder what some police officers are thinking.

Three cheers for good cops though!

yea did you see that tractor trailer that tried to pull onto roswell road from a shopping center and hit the median? it was before east piedmont/roswell road intersection.

ohyea and i was tailing a doraville PD dodge magnum all the way from getting onto 2-85 from 85 to I-75 marietta exit, pretty fun

It could have been that Greg James fella you gotta look out for that guy :coolugh: JK

But Ive always wondered if they just turn on there lights light so people just move out of there way?
Also about 2 weeks ago I was going to work early in the morning on a one lane road and I had a cop up my ASS with no lights or anything I wasn't sure what to do so I just keep going the speed limit till he finally had a chance to over take me weird!

Yeah, he definately shouldn't have been doing that. Lights should be on in the dark, and if he was going to an urgent call, the blues should've been going.
