Need cel pulled

    well i put the egt resistor .. but the light is still in ...i b scard

    How much have you driven it since you put the resistor in? Also did you reset the ECU or erase the code, when you put the resistor in?

    nope, not really suer how to do that.. i drove it around 5 miles after the resistor.

    in addition .. here is how i installed the resistor.. i bent the 2 wires.. and stuffed it in ... is that right?

    ...the easiest thing to do is reset your ECU by disconnecting your battery and pumping the brake...etc...Then your light shouldn't be on anymore and if the EGT resistor does the job, you should be cool....I'm thinking that you haven't driven the car enough yet to allow the ECU to realize that you fix the CEL problem....just my 2 cents

    Ok, i cleared it but it came back after around 45 miles.... anyone around gwinnett want to meet me up and pull the code for me? pretty please?
