i was replacing the battery terminals on the posts and ran out of oem wire slack... I can't find the other end of the wire to the positive terminal to replace it with something longer... So, where does it go? oh, and i kinda need help quickly...i have no ride...
i would assume so but i would look under the car for it before you rip the ic off. ived been looking around but no results.
*looking for chocks since fat head won't fit under ground clearance* your sig gives me a headache. :] anyways, there's a really stupid bracket attached to the wire which secures it to the fuel filter's mount bracket. Not only does it block vision, it wont leggo of the oem wire...
... anyone on the northwest side gotta deep socket set i can use? -_-;; (thus proving that it is not in fact the part or the mechanics fault, but a lack of tools... :hsnono: )
The starter in the driver's side, top of the tranny. Right underneath the IC. Sorry I'm not closer to loan you some tools. Can you clip the wire off the fuel bracket and have enough slack??
well, i finally unwrapped all the loom and insulation layers off the starter cable, and got it off the fuel bracket.... ..man that thing came from the factory ready to fight off water & mud. one thing i now officially miss from my GM...slack wire, lines, hoses....
