I need some new meats. I'm thinking Falken Fk452s or Potenza G019's. Since I'm new to the area I have no idea where to go. I visited Butler on Roswell but they tried to sell me shitty Kumhos for $800 so I was all set with them. Anyone know of a place with reasonable prices and either of these moderately sticky tires in stock? Thanks guys, -Burns.
discount. go in there, tell them what you want, they price match and the road hazard warranty can't be beat. i have NEVER been disappointed with their service or sales. every now and then you get a cocky guy who thinks he knows more than you, but if they know you know your stuff they will really help you out my roomate had them replace a tire for free because of uneven wear due to his alignment. they said they would just put it in the books as a bad tire from the factory...
I always recommend Gran Turismo East. Its a short drive from Buckhead, their prices are competitive (but never really the lowest), but they are knowledgeable and professional with a pretty good selection. I have gotten the last 2 sets of rubber from them (you know before I moved to the left coast).
I have had really good experience with discount tire as well. They are the most professional chain tire shop I have ever been in.
Yeah, I really like Discount Tire as well. I have built a relationship with one of the sales guys at the store in Acworth. He knows me and what I drive so its really quick and easy to get in there ans ask questions or get tires ordered.
I knew someone would ask that. I can't remember the guys name off hand. He is a taller guy. Dark complexion and dark hair. I was just down there 2 weeks ago pricing tires for the STI and can't remember his name.
