Need to tow a vehicle..anyone have

Looking to borrow either a small flatbed (non 5th wheel trailer)
or a tow bar...etc.

Need to toe a 2 wheel drive jeep cherokee.

This would be for the weekend of Jan 26.

I have a base plate for towing but you can't just bolt it to any car. It is specifically setup for a WRX.

 

Damn. We are needing to pull back a jeep. Uhaul wont rent a trailer / car dolly thingy unless your rent one of there trucks... Thought I would ask.

Did you try Budget and Penske?? If not, give them a call as well.

 

Also try a different U-haul. Unless they've changed their policy, they most certainly will rent tow dollies & trailers w/o needing to rent the truck from them. That sounds more like 1 site trying to milk more money out of you, IMO.

IIRC, they do require an idiot inspection to make sure you're not trying to tow a 5000 lb trailer with a Civic, but that's all.
