i like it. and doesnt it have the 2.5 in 06. with more hp? tail lights suck. i hope they are consept. but i like the grill and lights, it needs fog lights though. that wing at the roof line in the back is kinda neat also.
the wrx is gonn have the 2.5 turbo engine with 230 hp, only 3 more than previous but lots more potential.
I believe the 06 update design wise is a move to the saab front end with a different grille. Interesting.
No Sir, I don't like it, don't like it at all.... As if the front end wasn't bad enough, smaller scoop, ricer tail lights...and whats with the extra wing on the back of the rear window? Don't like it on the wagons, don't need it on the STI. I say we try to find a way to contact Subaru and let them know our general distast for their new designer. There has to be some way....
I like it. The tail lights are a little too much, but overall I think it looks good. And for those that don't like it, major $$$$ off of an '05. When is the '06 supposed to be out?
now you 04,05 peeps know how the bugeyes felt when your car came out! i didnt like the 04,05 too much when they came out. but they grew on me. i have to say im fond of the 06. but again ive been looking at prototypes of this modle for a year now and it has already grown on me. i dont like how subaru seems to think they need to change styles every 2 years. how does that show stabilty in the car?
as much as i like the design of my saabaru, id have to say i still like the 04 STi the best. I think the front end of the 04's looks a lot better, and Im not so big of a fan of the Saabs and Subarus looking almost completely identical. Its the small differences that make the Saab, the Saab, but by making the STi look just like the Saab what the hell is the point? (Burn in hell GM). I'll remain open until I get a good glimpse in person. At least it doesnt look as ugly as the 06 Eclipse.
I'm gald i didn't wait til 06 to get my STI, There are a few things i do like, but the grill looks like shit along with a few more things(cough) taillights. also is it my imagination or is the wing different some how? I still respect it but why so many changes at once?

2006 front end design sucks in my opinion. I hope it's better in person, but if it's not, at least they'll (hopefully) redo the fascia in 2008.
