I was riding home last night on I85 and pulled behind a wrx that I thought was an STI, so I wanted to play. We cruised @ 110 until I got to my exit and he pulled off too and gave me his name and this web address. I live in Greenville SC @ 145 miles from most of you all, he told me about the gathering your having on the twenty first and I'm hoping to make it. I have an 05 white STI, used to have a 04 blue STI but I wrecked it 30 days after I bought it; somebody pulled in front of me while I was playing with a Supra. I have bought a Turbo XS Utec, it's installed but I always run it in stock because I don't know how to tune it. I'm glad I finally found a site full of wrx's.

welcome to the site man! hope to see you at a couple of get togethers..most people that have had a utec have upgraded to ecutek..i had a utec for almost 2 years and recently tried to have it retuned with a new turbo and it does not adapt like ecutek does..it caused me nothing but problems..the concensus is most people switch to ecutek and have awesome results..i am one of those people..please if you have any questions please ask!! we are a very friendly forum..good to have another member aboard..again welcome to the site!!!
Hey Man, glad you made it to the site. your car is beautiful, i love white sti's. as expected the welcome mat has already been thrown out for you. i hope that you can make it down for the meet on the 21st, send me an e-mail and i will give you directions. if you have them, you should post some pics up my man. you know pics of the car, you, the babies! it was great meeting you and i hope to see you in the future. 110 was nutz, i was trying to be good and do the speed limit before you came along. oh well, we are both good and you found the site so it was all worth it in the end. welcome to the site! I actually bought my WRX from a kid in Greenville. His dad took it away from him b/c his grades sucked and sold me the new rex for 5k less than what it was worth.
