ok so with my car being wrecked i am getting new wheels since mine are trashed... i am getting 18's but whats the best offset or biggest/smallest offset i can do since i have a wagon... i had rota tarmac 3's that were 18x8 not sure of offset and never had any fitment issues on my 04 wagon if that helps...
it really depends how much work you are willing to do plus how much money you are willing to spend few examples:
i'm lookin to do 18-9 with a 235-ish tire next. bran with the blue wagon posted above is 18-10 +35-ish with a 255 and it was a ton of rollin/pulling
Those both seem like unnecessarily wide rims for the tire size. Is there any advantage to stretching 225s over a 9" wheels as opposed to an 8" wheel, or is it just cosmetic?
been on there for a while now! not really trying to sell but if someone wants it then it would make my life little easier right now with the economy being how it is.
saw a picture of them when I was at Discount Tire. He says he can get them for 30% less than what you would expect. Example...04 BBS's were $779 each...he said $525.
well i ended up getting the wdm's... got the deal of the century... 18x7.5's with dunlop direzza dz101's for 1165 with road hazard.... held them up to the car today and they are gonna look good....
I think the blue wagon is 18 x 9.5 with +38 offset. That is the biggest concave Grids SubyDude is selling as of now. I'm thinking of getting them myself but at the same time that's money that can make my 2.5L swap a closer reality.
yeah i wouldnt mind having something that looks like that but money is the matter and i dont have it to spend...
well i had to get wheels and tires no matter becuase three out of my four wheels were a total loss... but the other money i am saving...
