Hey everyone! My name is shawn and just purchased a White/Gold STi last saturday and LOVIN it ever since.I have been readin about the STi since it came out and finally got mine. I have a swapped civic right now also which is kinda my project car now/daily driver so Im not doing any big mods to the STi just yet but definately within a couple months. I also met miloman and wrxfan420 at D&B last saturday night and wanted to say thanks for some answers milo! Well my first newb question would be that i just purchased a Viper 791 vx which includes the Remote Start/Turbo Timer/2-way pager and was wondering if anyone else has a similar alarm and where they got it installed at? I live in Gwinnett but am willing for a lil drive to make sure it is done right! Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thanks! :bigthumb:
Shawn great to see you joined in, good luck with the alarm. Good luck finding a place to wire up the remote start with a manual trans. I had trouble in PA with that. It baffled me becuase I also had a TT and had to put the car in N to park, but oh well, I see the danger in it, but would still love to have that feature.
Yeah I know about shops taking the responsibility of puttin one in a 6 spd but maybe if there were someone out there who has done it before and MAYBE works for a shop and can do a side job thats would be excellent...thanks!
