I have an Escort 8500 radar detector and I recently got a GPS so now I can't plug them both in to the cig lighter. I purchased a direct wiring kit for the radar detector and I can't figure out a way to make it look clean. If anyone has done this or had it done can you please send me a picture or description. I also wanted to run the wire for the GPS behind my radio and have it come out the vents above the clock but I'm not sure if that is possible either. Any help would be nice.
direct wiring kit? How much did you spend on this kit?
