I've gotten this CEL about 4 times in the last month or so usually when the tank is full or almost empty. After doing some research this is mostly due to the Charcoal Canister hoses getting damaged or a hole. I just took a look under the car and I cant see or smell any gas vapor leaks. I also checked my fuel cap and it has been tight.

What should I do or where should I look next. I did install a Walbro pump a while ago could that be causing a issue?

    :dunno

did the gasket for the top of the fuel tank get jacked up at all when you were re-installing it? Not sure if that would throw a code, but I know it's easy to mess it up.

^^ Haha, that's awesome. That's certainly one that the designers I'm sure never thought about as being a potential issue...

Well I removed the fuel pump and it looks like the gasket was backwards and not sealing all the way doh! The plate that holds the fuel pump assembly was caked up with dirt and gas. Not sure why after 3 years it decides to throw a cel now but whatever.

I put the gasket back on the correct way since it look to be in good shape. I will probably get a new just in case. Hopefully that fixed it if not Ill take it to AllPro. I forgot how much of a pain that fuel pump is to remove!
