I have a very small crack in the paint on my front lip. The crack is in the corner where the lip juts out from the vertical piece. The crack is only a few millimeters long, but I want to stop it from spreading. I have some subaru touch-up paint, but I was wondering if primer and sealer or polyurethane would help seal up the crack? Any ideas? Thanks! -Matt
oh no! its cracked? well my friend has a type-r wing on his type-s and it has a crack, he painted it anyways and its spreading slowly. so i doubt you will stop it from spreading, but then again its polyurethrane
I've used the midnight blue touchup paint found at Advanced Auto Parts when I was cutting my fenders. It worked nicely and the paint match was pretty good. It said it was for a Honda, but I couldn't tell the color difference.
its not on the aftermarket black lip, its on the original painted lip that the black lip is attached to. I would be very surprised if the polyurethane lip cracked.
