Has anyone seen this combo? I tried to install both today, but there wasn't enough play in the wheel well for both. Any suggestions? Or do I need the Perrin intake?

I'm pretty sure you'll have to have either the Perrin CAI or the APS front mount.
IIRC, each front mount uses a different hole on the intake side for the intake and cold side of the fmic.

isn't the cai two piece? I thought it could be used as both a short ram and cai. If that's the case why not just use the short ram temporarily until you can get the right one or trade someone

I had it on my car at one time but the filter and the piping will push on the wheel liner BAD. Also I had to take an adapter to turn the filter inwards. Your wheels will rub the liner if they are big enough. I ended up taking it off.

No longer on my car so I can't give that to you. Why do you demand pics? Aren't you TMIC?

Your fender liners will still get pushed out a little. I used a 90 degree elbow on the end of the pipe so that the filter wasn't rubbing the piping. That metal on the filter will rub right through the metal piping over time.
