Nice deal! Now don't forget to buy some gaskets.

I am just going to reuse the old gaskets, and put a little bit of Ultra Copper High Temp RTV Silicone. Just P&P my STi exhaust manifold last night, looks good for my first one and even better with the red VHT Silica Ceramic paint on it!

Just my $.02, but I don't think that's a good idea. Considering what a PITA it is to install an uppipe, I'd hate to skimp on something as cheap as gaskets and have to redo it down the road.

I was goin to bid but I was not goin to go above $115 besides i was on my bike when i remembered
For $125 you can get similar Uppipe without the Perrin name and with the EGT Bung hole. I also asked for the actual picture from the seller but he says he does not have a camera. So i will err on the safe side and wait for the next deal.

In future maybe we dont have to bid against one another here on this board.

It's not too bad of a job, I am doing a TGV mod now and it is some what of a pain. Oh forgot to mention my turbo is out of my STi now at DeadBolt, so the uppipe just drops right in :) .

BTW, the EGT Bung hole, is not needed; and infact it is a danger to your turbo if it breaks off, and they have before... I think my new Perrin uppipe comes with the CEL blocker, probably a 2ohm resistor, you can have it if you want, STi's don't need it.

the egt sensor is removed once you replace or gut your up-pipe because it is basically useless and can break off into your turbo. you put a bolt into the "bung hole" to replace the sensor. nothing to do with Beavis and Butthead
