sweet, the trailer may be a little over kill as I don't think enough people will show to use the thing but for future venues it would be ideal. I have another grill-smoker that we can use instead

Well the trailer will not be used, catering job for that weekend so plan B will be enacted. Justin let me know what size pig you want to smoke. I'll just make a smoker to fit accordingly.
