Alex's post about French Onion soup got me thinking about my favorite soup, Pho. I love Pho Ga which is Chicken Pho. I know that there are folks here who have an interest in Pho. I have been eating and attempting to cook Vietnamese foods for at least a decade. This is the most authentic Pho Ga recipe I have found. They also have many other recipe's.

All the ingredients can be found at
Super H Mart in Atl. area: http://www.hmart.com/ They have many locations here.

    Thank You

That's what my mom calls her "chicken stock", so when she cooks anything with chicken stock it has a slight ginger/coriander/fishsauce taste to it lol

I've tried to make it and honestly it cost me way more to make it than it does to buy it.

Make it in a 55 gallon drum and eat out of it for the next year.
