Traded the 1911 TCM in on a 3.8 XDM 9mm Compact. A nice, very versatile package. Shoots extremely similarly to my 4" XD with the Brownells match trigger. Trying to standardize my triggers. The gun shop made out ok on me, ill live though. My 4" XD 9 now sits bedside, the 3.8" XDM stays in the car with one full size and one mini 13rnd mag and an blackhawk IWB holster for my unexpected carrying needs.
just bought my crossbreed STD, now the wait begins. So far im super impressed with how the XD-M compact carrys in my simple Galco IWB sleave. If it carrys well with the breed as well, i may just sell off my beloved P238. Thus far the XD-M compact is a crazy impressive package.
