Plugs

Are plugs a pita? Probably a frequently asked qa but I'm green I admit it! Do I need a Jack or can I yank them from the top? Last but not least what plugs do you all recommend?

ngk 3330s are one step colder than whats in your car now, nopi has them in stock, if usally, if they dont have them let me know, I have a case at my house.
