im guessing any where from the 210whp to 230 whp depending on how hardcore of a tune you get and how many hours you get protuned. assuming that stock is 170hp roughly. you should gain 40 or so hp. if you have a wrx i would get an uppipe or gut your own with the setup mentioned above.
guys... he has an 05 STi who are u getting protuned by? im not sure what topspeed's take on SRs is but if u go to SOG, scott would advise against a SR... so with the TBE and protune, i'd expect something in the ballpark of ~320 lb-ft and ~290 hp... add a bigger TMIC and u could expect something like ~355 lb-ft and ~315 hp (all numbers are at the wheels)

Got it changed, sry about that, so are you guys saying I should go with a CAI instead of SR? does intake really matter on our cars? what other mods are there out there to squize out more power without doing something major like turbo, Intercooler, etc.?
a pulley and uppipe are simple and effective enough. you can probably squeeze a few more horses with silicone hoses all around (y-pipe, turbo inlet yada yada). Might as well just go for the intercooler and turbo upgrades though.
installing a big TMIC would probably be one of the easiest mods.... provided everything lines up correctly
i have been very happy with the TurboXS... however fitment was not great... different model imprezas have IC brackets spaced differently
ok so if someone had just a wrx your saying between 210-230 at the wheels on stage two map.....what if my cars already at 220 without EM?:dunno
just got my AP this week....switching up BOV's to a recirculating one and plugin that puppy in tomorrow....and got a cobb heatshield for some blingage as well
