Well in the morning's when the car is warming up and I start to drive it, it starts to smell like antifreeze and I can see the white smoke coming out of the scoop. Is that normal? it only does that when the car is completely cold. Also, the gears feel like they are harder to go into gear when it is cold. is there something I can do to help this or something I should be looking for? Any information provided will be greatly appreciated.

The smoke and smell are something I have never heard of.

yea what I'm thinking is that I may have a loose hose or something like that.

Sounds like when it's cold something is tighting up and when heat is applied out pops a leak. I'd not drive it until you find out what it is. Sweet smell indicated antifreeze. Check the turbo connections. Also AF runs through the throttlebody so check that line as well.
