recommend a transmission shop? (not my car)

    My gf has an 03 mini cooper 5-speed. Clutch was replaced earlier this year....lately have noticed a small leak coming from where the transmission mates up. Also causes the clutch to slip from time to time? I know the dealership is ridiculously expensive. Just wondered if anyone knew of a good reasonably priced place to take it....or if anyone wants to work on something other than a subaru :sx:

    Is it oil or transmission fluid leaking?

    transmission fluid...def. not oil. But it has a sealed case or whatever?
